Cancellations and Reschedules
I know that life sometimes gets in the way and emergencies happen. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to rescheduling and cancelling appointments. Please give me a 24-48 hour notice. I'll do my best to set up a better slot for you.
Tardiness and No Shows
Please be courteous and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment or give a partial service. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so we can figure out next steps.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and do not contact me, this will resort in a "No Show"
A non-refundable rebooking fee of $50 will need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
If you have more than two no shows you will no longer be able to book any services with me.
